I do not use generative AI in my writing. I do use some AI assisted tools (such as Grammarly, Microsoft Word, Microsoft 365, ProWriting Aid, etc.) for things like editing, keyword optimization, etc.

I use some tools with AI integrations, particularly on the marketing side (I used to be a full time Marketing Manager - and almost every software and platform has AI built in!) but do not use generative AI unless otherwise disclosed specifically in the work. As a longtime creative professional, I feel generative AI can be more damaging than helpful.

Example of how I view AI assisted vs. AI generated: an existing photo edited with AI tools is AI assisted, an image created solely by AI based on a prompt is what I consider generative.
